We are a young team. The selection criteria to work at Aereform is to be brilliant and our results show it. Our activity includes pilot training (having an incorporated flight school with own aircraft), developing training systems for aviation companies and transferring all that we know in aviation to other industry sectors – including EU project partnerships.
We are a strong and credible partner with great KA2 projects in our reference sector. In the free market we can provide global references up to training of instructors of the Indian Air Force and developing the first e-course for an electric powered aircraft.
All of this has been recognised by several of most wanted national awards and other recognition as evident from the reference section.
Our strength is in developing e-learning system within the project duration. This means that we provide a platform and either create the necessary content or guide the teams in creating the content.
Our best point is that we are conceptually strong and therefore can shape the product of the project into a usable item.
The platform that we use is an open source (meaning no additional cost to the project) Moodle platform which is the most common platform in educational facilities.
We require a partnership in the project that focuses on the initial segments of the project. Thus we are most active in the conceptual and creation phases, while we do not have access or can afford to spend effort in the dissemination stages. We are creators of the core of the project.
Our IO budget for a platform is usually about 30.000 EUR for a platform that we lead other members of the team to create content or about 50.000 EUR if we create content ourselves.
We take part in the kick-off and meetings that are focused on creation (usually in the first half of the duration of the project)
The three key factors are:
For our organisation the work on EU projects is extremely important since it affords us the chance to develop our skills and approaches. Usually the projects are not straight-forward and are quite difficult. Therefore they push us to find new approaches, new technologies and new concepts to fulfil these goals.
We make use of this approaches in other fields of work in our company. It is a win-win situation for all parties involved.

Our (relevant) awards:
This is the highest award on the national level for innovation. More here.
From the above you can find that we are a credible and reliable partner with a great track-record.
If you are interested in having us in a partnership and would like to proceed with the implementation of the idea, please write an e-mail to:
with a short description of your project. In a few days you will receive our answer regarding how we can contribute to this proposed project.
Our experience so far has been in Erasmus+ KA2 projects, however we are open to other proposals also.
We at Aereform look forward to hearing from you and I thank you for your attention in reading this page.
